A Letter from Debra Kunce,
Owner of CORE Planning Strategies
For the past nine years, the CORE Planning Strategies team has guided clients through successful transformations that meet the needs of their communities. Today, I’m excited to share that our firm is transforming as well, by joining forces with J.S. Held.
This alliance furthers our efforts to deliver first-class service and expertise to our clients. Like CORE, J.S. Held is highly regarded in the design and construction community, and the two firms share values that make this a strong and exciting partnership.
What does this mean for CORE?
This partnership strengthens our ability to support clients in the Midwest and abroad by amplifying our footprint, expanding our service offerings, and increasing the amount of resources available to our team.
What does this mean for our clients and partners?
Our clients and partners will continue working with the same team members they have been working with at CORE, and will continue to receive the highest quality of expertise and service.
Now that we are part of J.S. Held and have a larger team in more locations, clients can also expect even stronger local support, higher capacity, and added capabilities from our team.
In addition to project and program management and owner’s representation services, our areas of expertise now include:
- Construction claims and disputes
- Infrastructure and property damage
- Equipment consulting
- Contents and inventory services
- Forensic architecture and engineering
- Environmental, health, and safety
- Surety services
- Forensic accounting and economics
- Restructuring, turnaround, and receivership
- Expert witness and litigation support
What happens next?
Over the next several weeks, our team will transition to the J.S. Held brand. We are focused on making this a seamless integration and will be in frequent communication with clients on any changes expected to occur.
We value our relationship with you and are grateful for your involvement in our team’s history and in this next chapter. If you have any questions, please reach out.
