Springing ahead, looking forward

It’s springtime in Indiana. Birds are chirping. Tree branches are budding. Downtown Indianapolis is buzzing with the NCAA men’s basketball tournament and the Swish festival. And in between client meetings and site visits, CORE team members are ribbing each other over their brackets.

While the past 12 months have been a challenge for everyone, as we transition into a new season and the second quarter of 2021, we’re looking to the future with hope, optimism, and excitement for what’s ahead. From a project perspective, that means continued work serving as owner’s reps for fulfilling transformations around the state of Indiana.

Two such projects were recently featured in Building Excellence’s 2021 Projects in Planning section—the Trades District Parking Garage for the City of Bloomington and the City of Lafayette’s Public Safety Building and Parking Garage. Along with these projects, the article includes a variety of interesting work in various phases of design and construction.

When building owners invest in their facilities, they make an important commitment to the future of their organizations and communities. We appreciate Building Excellence for showcasing that commitment while highlighting the great work of our talented architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

Here’s wishing our clients and project team partners all the best as we move further into 2021. Thanks for putting a spring in our step!

Special thanks to the design and construction team for the two projects mentioned:
